Did you know? The average woman burns 2,000 calories a day. If she were to spend the entire day lying in bed doing absolutely nothing except for breathing and digesting food, she’d still burn around 1,500 calories! This measure is known as your resting metabolic rate (RMR), which is the amount of energy you burn just by staying alive. Of course, many of us don’t stop at just staying alive. We strive to make the MOST out of our lives. Every moment counts. The people we meet, the people we love, and the things we look forward to everyday are what enrich us most. In the end, it’s not “How many calories will you burn?” It’s “How will you live?”, “Who will you impact?”, and as Coca Cola’s new campaign asks, “What will you do today?” If the video above makes you want to grab a nice cold bottle of Coke, don’t worry. We’ve provided a list of ways to burn off those 160 calories:

  • Dance in your underwear for 15 minutes: 94 calories burned
  • Take a bubble bath for 15 minutes: 22 calories burned
  • Do annoying household chores for 30 minutes: 72 calories burned
  • Spend 30 minutes of alone time with your significant other: 43 calories burned
